Q. THERE ARE STILL EXTENSIONS ATTACHED AT OTHER STORES. CAN I ADD OR TURN IT OFF?
A. The hair quality and design are different from other companies’ extensions, so we do not recommend adding them. Also, it may take time to turn off, so we recommend that you turn everything off.
Q. I’M APPLYING AN EYELASH PERM, CAN I GET AN EXTENSION?
A. Yes, it can be attached. However, if it takes too much, even if you attach an extension, it may not last well or rise too much.
Q. I’VE NEVER WORN AN EXTENSION AND I’M WORRIED ABOUT THE FINISH. HOW MANY SHOULD I PUT ON?
A. We will carefully provide counseling when you visit the store for the first time and propose the most suitable design while using the original design catalog. If you are a first-time customer of extensions, we recommend that you start with about 50 with both eyes. Please be assured that you can also check the finish in the mirror on the way. Please feel free to contact us during counseling.
Q. MY SKIN IS WEAK, IS IT OKAY?
A. Eyelash extensions are attached from 1 to 1.5 mm away from the skin of the eyelids, so most people are fine. For worried customers, we will do a “patch test” so you can check in advance if you are allergic.
Q. WHAT TOOLS DO YOU USE?
A. The adhesive glue used in this salon is a hypoallergenic glue that has reached safety standards, so it can be adapted to customers with weak skin. The extension uses artificial hair.
Q. I USUALLY APPLY A LOT OF MASCARA, BUT HOW MANY MASCARA DO I HAVE TO APPLY?
A. If you put about 80 bottles, the volume will feel like it will be. If it’s not enough, it’s also possible to add it.
Q. THE EYELASHES ARE THIN AND SCATTERED. CAN I ATTACH AN EXTENSION?
A. Yes, you can attach it. However, it may not last much longer than ordinary people.
Q. I’M WORRIED ABOUT MY EYELASHES FACING DOWN. CAN I ADD AN EXTENSION?
A. Yes, you can also put it on the downward eyelashes. However, the extension sticks along the direction of the hair, so it becomes a downward curl. If you are worried about the downward finish, we also have strong curls for the extension itself, so please contact us.
Q. I’D LIKE TO ATTACH ABOUT 100 BOTTLES, BUT WON’T IT BE UNNATURAL?
A. Please be assured that we will look at the situation while thinking about the overall balance. If you have any concerns, please feel free to ask the practitioner at any time regardless of the treatment.
Q. WON’T YOUR EYELASHES DECREASE?
A. If you don’t force yourself to pull it, it won’t hurt or come out.
Q. HOW LONG WILL THE TREATMENT TAKE?
A. New customers receive about an hour and a half to two hours including counseling. In the case of repair, it will take about 1 to 2 hours depending on the treatment.
Q. IS IT OKAY IF I FALL ASLEEP DURING THE TREATMENT?
A. The upper and lower eyelids are protected with a special tape, so you can receive it with confidence. It’s okay to have a good night.
Q. IS THERE ANY PAIN DURING THE TREATMENT?
A. Please be assured that there is none.
Q. HOW LONG DOES EYELASH EXTENSIONS LAST?
A. There are individual differences depending on the condition of the customer’s eyelashes, but it is about 3 weeks to 1 month.
●After eyelash extension treatment
Q. WHAT ABOUT AFTERCARE?
A. We are responsible for dealing with customers who have been treated at this salon. If you feel uncomfortable, itching, etc., please contact us immediately. I will remove it with a dedicated remover.
Q. IS THERE ANYTHING YOU SHOULD BE CAREFUL ABOUT ON A DAILY BASIS TO IMPROVE THE DURABILITY OF EXTENSIONS?
A. Please be careful not to tangle the fibers when wiping with a towel, do not draw between eyelashes when drawing eyeliners, and do not apply from the root of eyelashes when using mascara. Also, it is more effective if you take care of it every day with a treatment. Mascara and treatments are available exclusively, so please contact us.
Q. CAN I WASH MY FACE? HOW DO YOU DO IT?
A. The dedicated glue is weak to oil, so gel-type cleansing is recommended if possible. We also have a special cleansing gel available, so please contact us. If you avoid eyelashes as much as possible and wash them gently, they will last longer.
Q. IS IT OKAY TO USE MASCARA FROM THE TOP OF THE EXTENSION?
A. It’s okay if it’s a special mascara that can be washed off with hot water.
Q. I ADDED AN EXTENSION ONCE, CAN YOU INCREASE IT A LITTLE MORE?
A. You can add it by 1 unit, so please feel free to contact us.
Q. IS IT OKAY TO COME TO THE STORE WITH MAKEUP (EYE MAKEUP)?
A. If there is oil left, it is easy to remove the extensions, so please refrain from mascara and buehler. We also recommend that you refrain from makeup around your eyes.
Q. DOES EYELASH EXTENSIONS HURT?
A. If you don’t force yourself to pull it, it won’t hurt. Please do not do it yourself when removing the extensions. I recommend you to remove it at the salon.
Q. WHAT ABOUT MAKEUP AND POOL AFTER WEARING EXTENSIONS?
A. It takes about 6 hours for the glue to dry completely, so please avoid touching around your eyes as much as possible on the day. From the next day, there will be no problem with the pool or the sea.
The flow of esthetic treatment
1. Guide
I will guide you to the treatment space. We have prepared a bed with a memory foam mat.
2. Counseling/Design
Before receiving the treatment, please fill out the counseling sheet and check your skin condition, whether you have allergies, etc.
I will carefully explain the features of eyelash design and the flow of treatment.
We will listen to the number and design of customers’ wishes, and decide the “number”, “thickness”, “length” and “style” together with customers while considering the skeleton, eye shape, lifestyle, etc.

3. Treatment (about 1 hour and a half to 2 hours)
Cleansing
Close your eyes and cleanse your eye makeup and carefully remove dirt to the base of your eyelashes.
Extension wearing
We will attach extensions to each of your own eyelashes with a special glue (adhesive). During the treatment, please be careful not to open your eyes until instructed by the staff. Because it is attached to a place 1.5 mm from the root of the eyelashes, you can receive the treatment without worrying about pain or discomfort. We will use a glue with less irritation that suits you, so it is safe for those with weak skin.
Finishing
After installing all the extensions, dry them with the cold air of the air compressor.
Confirmation
Please check the finish in the mirror, and if you have any additional requests such as increasing the number, we will ask you.
4. After counseling
I will explain the precautions after the treatment. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask.
Before coming to the store
●The following people may refuse treatment at our store. Please contact us by phone.
・Currently, those who have skin, eyeballs, other eye diseases, rashes, swelling, itching, etc.
・Those who currently have some allergic symptoms
・Those who have got, conjunctivitis, and other diseases
・Those who have done eyeliner art makeup within 2 months, or those who have plans to do so
・Those who have undergone cosmetic surgery or vision correction surgery related to the eyes within 2 months, or those who plan to do so
・Pregnant people
●If you are allergic to your eyes, have had problems with eyelash perms or extensions before, or if you have sensitive skin around your eyes, we recommend that you do a patch test. After the patch test, we will look at the situation for 2-3 days and treat it if there is no problem. Please contact us by phone.
●If there is an extension from another store, we will remove it for a fee. Please let us know at the time of reservation.
●Please come to the store without mascara or viewer on the day.
●If you are using contact lenses, please remove them before the treatment. Cleaning solutions and cases are available at our store.
●At our shop, eyelash extensions and nails can be treated at the same time. In addition, eyebrow care along with eyelashes is also popular, so please feel free to contact us if you wish.
エクステのよくある質問
Q.他店で付けたエクステンションが残っています。付け足すこと、またはオフすることはできますか？
A.他社のエクステンションとは毛質やデザインなどが異なりますので、付け足しはお勧めしません。また、オフにも時間がかかってしまう可能性がありますので、全てオフをされることをお勧めしています。
Q.まつげパーマをかけていますが、エクステンションは付けられますか？
A.はい、付けられます。しかし、あまりかかりすぎているとエクステンションを付けても持ちが良くなかったり上がりすぎてしまう可能性があります。
Q.エクステンションを装着した事がなく仕上がりが心配です。何本くらい付けると良いですか？
A.初回来店時にカウンセリングを丁寧に行い、オリジナルのデザインカタログなどを使用しながら一番お似合いのデザインをご提案させていただきます。エクステンションが初めてのお客様ですと大体両目で50本くらいからスタートすることをおすすめします。途中、鏡で仕上がりを確認することもできますのでご安心ください。カウンセリングの際にお気軽にご相談ください。
Q.肌が弱いのですが、大丈夫ですか？
A.まつげエクステンションは、まぶたの皮膚から1〜1.5mm離した部分から付けますのでほとんどの方は大丈夫です。ご心配なお客様には「パッチテスト」をいたしますのでご自分にアレルギーがあるかを事前に確認できます。
Q.使用する道具は？
A.当サロンで使用する接着用グルーは、安全基準に達した低刺激グルーを用意しておりますので、肌の弱いお客様にも適応できます。エクステンションは人工毛を使用しています。
Q.普段マスカラをすごく塗るのですが、何本くらいつけると塗らなくていいくらいになりますか？
A.80本くらい付けるとボリュームがでた感じにになります。もし足りないようでしたら付け足すことも可能です。
Q.まつげが細くてバラバラです。エクステンションは付けられますか？
A.はい、付けることはできます。ただし普通の方よりは持ちがあまりよくないことがあります。
Q.まつげが下向きで悩んでいます。エクステンションを付けることはできますか？
A.はい、下向きのまつげにも付けることはできます。しかしエクステンションは毛の向きにそって付くので下向きのカールになってしまいます。下向きの仕上がりが気になるようであればエクステ自体に強いカールの付いたもののご用意もございますのでご相談ください。
Q.100本くらい付けたいのですが、不自然になりませんか？
A. 全体的なバランスを考えながら様子を見ていきますのでご安心ください。気になることがありましたら、施術中に関わらず施術者へいつでもお気軽にお尋ねください。
Q.まつげは減りませんか？
A.無理に引っ張ったりすることがなければ痛んだり抜けたりすることはありません。
Q.施術時間はどのくらいかかりますか？
A.新規のお客様はカウンセリングを含めて1時間半から2時間ほど頂いております。リペアの場合は施術内容によりますが、1〜2時間程かかります。
Q.施術中、もし寝てしまっても大丈夫ですか？
A.上下のまぶたを専用のテープで保護しますので、安心してお受けいただけます。おやすみになっても大丈夫です。
Q.施術の際、痛みはありますか？
A.ありませんのでご安心ください。
Q.まつげエクステンションの持続期間はどのくらいですか？
A.お客様のまつげの状態により個人差はありますが、おおよそ3週間〜1ヶ月です。

Q.アフターケアは？
A.当サロンで施術をされたお客様には責任をもって対応させていただいております。 違和感、かゆみ等がでた場合、すぐにご連絡ください。専用リムーバーで外させていただきます。
Q.エクステンションの持ちを良くするために、日頃気をつけることはありますか？
A.タオルで拭くときにエクステンションに繊維を絡ませない、アイラインを引く時にまつげとまつげの間を埋めるような引き方をしない、マスカラを使用する際にまつげの根元からつけない、などにご注意ください。またトリートメントで毎日ケアして頂くとより効果的です。マスカラ、トリートメントは専用のものをご用意しておりますのでお問い合わせください。
Q.洗顔はできますか？どうやってするのですか？
A. 専用グルーは油分に弱いので、できましたらジェルタイプのクレンジングがおすすめです。専用クレンジングジェルのご用意もありますのでお問い合わせください。まつげはなるべく避けてやさしく洗うと長持ちします。
Q.エクステンションの上からマスカラを使用しても大丈夫ですか？
A.お湯で洗い流せる専用のマスカラでしたら大丈夫です。
Q.一度エクステンションを付けたのですが、もう少し増やせますか？
A. 1本単位で付け足すことができますのでお気軽にお問合せください。
Q.メイク（アイメイク）して来店しても大丈夫？
A.油分が残っているとエクステが取れやすいため、マスカラやビューラーは控えてください。また、目の周りのメイクもお控え頂くことをお勧めいたします。
Q.まつげエクステは地まつげが痛むの？
A.無理に引っ張るなどしなければ痛むことはございません。エクステを外す際はご自分でなさらないでください。 サロンでのリムーブをお勧めいたします。
Q.エクステ装着後のメイクやプールは？
A.グルーが完全に乾くのが6時間程度かかる為、極力当日は目の周りを触るのはお避け下さい翌日からはプールや海など全く問題ございません。
エステ施術の流れ
1.ご案内
施術スペースにご案内いたします。低反発マットのベッドをご用意しています。
2.カウンセリング/デザイン
施術を受ける前にカウンセリングシートにご記入いただき、お客様のお肌の状態、アレルギーの有無などについて確認いたします。
アイラッシュデザイニングの特徴や施術の流れなどを丁寧にご説明します。
お客様の希望の本数やデザインなどをお聞きし、骨格や目の形、ライフスタイルなどを考慮しながら「本数」「太さ」「長さ」「スタイル」をお客様と一緒に決めていきます。
まつげや目に関するお悩みや心配などありましたらお気軽にご相談ください。
3.施術（約1時間半〜2時間）
クレンジング
眼を閉じていただいてアイメイクのクレンジングを行い、まつげの根元まで丁寧に汚れを落とします。
エクステンション装着
お客様自身のまつげ一本一本に専用のグルー（接着剤）でエクステンションを付けていきます。施術中はスタッフの指示があるまで目を開けないようにご注意ください。まつげの根本から1.5ミリ空けた場所につけていくため、痛みや違和感の心配なく施術をお受けいただけます。お客様に合った刺激の少ないグルーを使用いたしますので肌が弱い方も安心です。
仕上げ
すべてのエクステンションを装着後、エアコンプレッサーの冷風で乾かし仕上げていきます。
ご確認
仕上がりを鏡で確認していただき、本数を増やしたいなど追加のご希望がありましたらお聞きいたします。
4.アフターカウンセリング
施術後の注意点などご説明させていただきます。 何か不明な点がございましたら、お気軽にお聞きください。
ご来店の前に
●以下の方は当店での施術をお断りさせていただく場合がございます。お電話にてお問い合わせください。
・現在、目元の皮膚、眼球、その他目に関する疾患、かぶれ、腫れ、かゆみ等がある方。
・現在、なんらかのアレルギー症状がおありの方
・ものもらい、結膜炎、その他の疾患がある方
・2カ月以内にアイラインのアートメイクをされた方、またはその予定のある方
・2カ月以内に目元に関する美容整形や視力矯正手術を受けた方、またはその予定のある方
・妊娠中の方
●目元にアレルギーのある方や以前まつげパーマやエクステンションでトラブルのあった方、目元の皮膚が敏感な方はパッチテストをされることをおすすめします。パッチテスト後、2〜3日様子を見て問題がなければ施術いたします。お電話にてお問い合わせください。
●他店のエクステンションが付いている場合は有料でお外しさせていただきます。ご予約時にお申し出ください。
●当日はマスカラやビューラーはせずにご来店ください。
●コンタクトレンズをご使用の方は施術前にお外しいただきます。洗浄液とケースは当店でご用意しております。●当店ではまつげエクステンションとネイルの同時施術も可能です。またまつげと合わせて眉毛のお手入れも人気となっておりますので、ご希望の方はお気軽にお問い合わせください。
